I am a Senior Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg.
I hold an LL.M. from Yale Law School, and a Ph.D. in Global and EU Administrative Law from the University of Heidelberg. Before joining the Max Planck Institute, I was also a Hauser Research Scholar at NYU School of Law.
My main research interests are administrative law, behavioral public policy, and international dispute resolution. I am particularly interested in exploring the intersections between administrative and international law, and law, psychology and behavior.
